Transferring SA disbursements and checks to QB
Case Expenses
SA Disbursements can be transferred to QB as Checks or Bills.
To create Check in QB select Status “Print Check”. To create Bill in QB, use status “Issue Check”. To review check requests before pushing them to QB, use status “Review”
Amount, Payee, Disbursement Type and Clients are required fields. To transfer check to QB Bank Account field is required. Integration will match SA Disbursement Type to accounts from QB chart of accounts. If Expense Account is selected - it will be matched with QB accounts instead of Disbursement Type
After disbursement is transferred to QB the status in SA will be changed to “Check Pending”, and when it is printed- the status will be changed to “Check Printed” and the check number will be transferred form QB to SA.

If “Review” status is selected for Disbursements or Distribution checks, the check requests can be reviewed on “Check Requests for Review” and “Distribution Check Requests for Review” Pages
Select the check requests that should be transferred to QB, select the “Print Check” Status and press “Update Selected” button. You can also select Bank Account and Expense account if they are not already selected.
When you run the WebConnector, these requests will be transferred to QB.
