Viewing Multiple Calendars On the Office Calendar

Q: When viewing multiple people’s calendars in the office calendar I can’t tell who’s entries are whose without clicking into them? Is there a way to separate out the calendars?

A: By using the “Group Type” field you view calendars based on three Grouping types.

  1. None

This is the group setting you are probably viewing now. This will display the appointments for all attendees being viewed on one calendar all together as shown below.

2. Date

This group setting will split up each date in the selected calendar view by person as shown below.

 

3. Resource

This group setting will split up the calendar by each individual for the selected view as shown below.
