What is the difference between Wanted/Accepted and Retained?

What is the difference between Wanted/Accepted and Retained?

Since SA combines both lead and case management, the wanted/accepted date would be the date it was decided that the firm wanted to pursue signing the lead.

This helps identify how many leads were good leads that you wanted to sign but were unable to for one reason or the other.

Much like real life, the retainer date is when the lead signed with your firm and became your actual client.
