How Can I Create a Report Subscription?
To subscribe to a report, go to the report that you would like to subscribe to in SmartAdvocate.
Once you are on the page for that report, select the Schedule This Report button in the upper right corner of the report.
This will take you to the Server Reporting Service Screen. From here you will want to give your scheduled report a Description so you know what it is.
You will also want to select the Edit Schedule button in blue to change the schedule the report is delivered on.
Options for scheduling the report are hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or just a single delivery.
Below, you can select which specific days for the report to be delivered on, or only weekdays as well as what time the report should be delivered.
At the bottom of the screen you can select start and end dates for the report to begin running and when to stop running.
In the To field enter the emails of anyone who should receive the email.
In the Subject line, you can change the subject line that will come across in the email to match the description of the report subscription.
Once the settings for delivery have been added, you will need to enter the parameters for the report you want delivered at the bottom of the screen and select “Create Subscription.”
