Can you include the trial date in the summary page?
Yes!
Please note the Case Summary Panel is “Panel 0”
Go to: Admin > Email/Note/Appointment/View Templates- Add template You’ll name your template and add the merge code ( <! [CA-NEXT-APPMNT-DATE*Appointment] !> ) – Save
Go to: Admin > Template Pages Configuration, then click the “Add Configuration” Select Template Panel 0 – then choose the template you created and save (from step 1) Select the Case Group and Case types it applies too.
Go to: Admin > Picklist Maintenance > Case Summary Page Design – select the case group – make sure to click the check box next to “custom view (0) panel visible” – hit update.
Once all steps are completed, the date will show in the case summary screen.
