How Can I Pull My Signature on a Letter?

To begin, upload an image of your signature to your computer. This can be done through an e-signature generator or scanning an image of your signature, for example.

Confirm with your administrator that a document type of “Signature” has been added under Admin → Picklist Maintenance → Contact Document Types.

Once this is confirmed, head to your contact card (or the contact card of the individual you are adding the signature to) and select “Documents” from the tabs at the top.

Once you have entered the Documents tab, select add new document and select the image of the signature you would like to upload from the file browser.

From the Type dropdown, select a type of Signature and press save.

The Signature document will now be attached to the contact card of that individual. To pull this into documents, any of the below mergecodes can be used, depending on the role of the individual in the case.
