Is there an easier way to upload multiple documents to a case?

To upload multiple documents with different properties to a case more quickly, you can utilize the Mass Document Upload Tool. Start in the tools dropdown and select Mass Document Upload.

From the Mass Document Upload page, use the Upload Documents button to add all documents you would like to upload.

Once your documents have been added, select the checkbox to the left of the first document you would like to add and scroll to the bottom of the screen. From here, you’ll fill in your properties as you would normally be required.

Once you’re finished, select Assign Documents to Case and the document will clear from the Uploaded Documents screen above. You can now select the next document and just correct the changed fields and continue this process until all documents have been uploaded to the case!
