Can't Login to View Reports

Q: When trying to view reports in SmartAdvocate I am being shown a login box but my SmartAdvocate login doesn’t work. How do I view reports?

 

A: This is because there is a different set of credentials used to view reports in SmartAdvocate.

Server Clients: If your firm uses a server to access SA, you will use your Microsoft login credentials (the credentials used to login to your computer when you first power it on) to login to reports.

Cloud/SaaS Clients: If your firm uses the cloud version of SA, the SmartAdvocate team should have provided you with pre-set credentials to access reports. If you do not have these credentials please reach out to support@smartadvocate.assist.com
