My Outlook Plugin Has Disappeared
If you noticed that your Outlook plugin has stopped working, it may be because Outlook has disabled the plugin. You’ll know this has happened when the Attach to SmartAdvocate option has disappeared from the right-click option.
To restore the plugin, go to File in Outlook.
In File, select Slow and Disable COM Add-ins.
In Slow and Disabled Add-ins, select Options and select “Enable this add in” and then “Do not monitor this add-in for the next 30 days”.
You may have to repeat this process, if the plugin becomes disabled again.
