My Dates and/or Currency are in Incorrect Format
That’s controlled by the Language setting in the user’s browser. If they’re using Chrome, have them click the little three-dot icon in the upper right to bring up the Chrome menu, then click Settings. In the search bar at the top, search for “language,” and click the down arrow in the row labeled Language. There will be a section labeled “Order languages based on your preference.” If one of the “English (United States)” options is in the list (regardless of whether it is marked “Google Chrome is displayed in this language”), click the three-dots icon in that row and select “Move to the top.” If it’s not in the list, click “add languages,” search for English (United States), select it (either one), then click the Add button (and then move it to the top as described above). After that, refresh the page in SmartAdvocate, and the currency and dates should be in US format.
