Q: When trying to add new users to the Users page under admin, it says I have 0 allowed licenses at the top of my screen and won’t allow me to add more.

A: This is an error that occurs when you login to the system with “.com” at the end of your username. Please log out and log back in without the “.com” and this should resolve the issue.
