How to stop staff being automatically added to cases when they open?
Q: I need to change or remove staff members who are being assigned automatically to cases when they open.
A:
To remove a staff member from being automatically assigned to a case, start in Admin → Case Types. Select the clock icon at the right of the row of the Case Type where the individual is being assigned.
In the bottom right corner of the SOL panel there is a section for Default Staff. From there, you can add or remove the default staff that are automatically assigned to the case at its creation.
