That’s why we’ve made it easier than ever to find the answers you need. The Office hours are dedicated to How-To training questions hosted by our Training Team.

If technical support is needed, kindly ensure your SmartAdvocate Admin logs into the support tracker system to submit a request.

Tickets should be submitted only by trained SmartAdvocate admins

  • If you are not a SmartAdvocate admin, you should consult your firm’s admin first. If they are unable to assist, they will submit a support ticket on your behalf.
