Tip #128 - How to Edit Report Schedule (Subscription)

(This procedure assumes the changes will be made by the person who created the report in the first place.)
 

  1. Select a report from the list of reports available on the tool bar (it does not matter which report you select).

2. Click the “Schedule Report” (or “Subscribe” if you are using a previous version of SmartAdvocate) tab in the top right corner of the screen.

3. Depending on your version of SQL, the resulting screen might look like

(a) Click the “My Subscriptions” tab in the top right corner of the screen:

(b) Click the “Subscriptions” tab towards the middle of the screen:

4. Click the “Edit” button for the subscription/report you want to modify.

5. Make the desired changes (e.g., add addition email address, etc.).

6. Click the “OK” button (or “Apply” or “Schedule Report” or “Create Subscription” depending on your version of SQL). Regardless of which version, you simply need to make sure to save your changes.
