Tip #116 - How To Use The SmartAdvocate App

SmartAdvocate has a mobile app available, compatible with both iOS and Android devices. The SmartAdvocate App currently provides access to key information including:

  1. The Case and Office Calendars (including the ability to add or modify appointments on either calendar)

  2. All cases and case contacts

  3. All case notes and case documents

  4. The ability to add notes, documents, time tracking

  5. The ability to add contacts

  6. Access to Case Disbursements (case expenses) and the Case Timeline. 

The SmartAdvocate App is free and available in the App Store or Google Play. Please note that there are some additional configurations that are necessary for the App to work on your server-based version of SmartAdvocate. With SmartAdvocate Cloud, no additional configuration is necessary.
