Individuals Outside of Your Office
An External Documents Share feature was implemented with 2022’s annual SmartAdvocate release. Those users on the SmartAdvocate Cloud or those firms that have allowed outside access to SmartAdvocate Server are able to share documents with others outside of the office (e.g., experts, consultants, etc.) that do not normally have access to SmartAdvocate. Here's How To Share One Or More Documents:

If you click the “OK” button (without first clicking the “Copy Link” or the “Email Link” buttons), the dialog box will close and the document(s) will be listed on the Shared Documents Page.
