About Adding Multiple Tasks
The Add Multiple Tasks button allows quick access to simultaneously add and assign multiple new tasks to a staff member.
Select Add Multiple Tasks.
Select the Task Requestor from the dropdown menu.
If applicable, place a checkmark in the Send Email to Requestor checkbox.
Select a Tasks Group from the dropdown menu. See Task Groups for additional details.
Task groups require Task Templates.If applicable, place a checkmark in the Send Email to Assignee checkbox.
Place a checkmark in the row for the Task(s) to add.
By default, all available task templates will be included in the multiple tasks assignment. However, you can choose which task templates are actually included using the checkboxes.If necessary, enter or edit the Description.
Select the Assigned To from the dropdown menu.
When creating multiple tasks, each task can be assigned to a different staff member.Enter a Due Date.
When creating multiple tasks, each task can have a different due date.Enter the number of Days.
When creating multiple tasks, each task can have a different due date. Changing the number in the Days column will also change the due date for that task.Select SAVE to add multiple tasks.
Otherwise, select CANCEL to return to the previous screen.
