About the Intake Wizard

The Intake Wizard (previously known as Case Wizard) allows you to enter basic information about a new case and automatically formats that information into a new case file.

You must use the Intake Wizard to create a new case from within SmartAdvocate. Cases can be entered in SmartAdvocate in other ways, such as through integrations with third-party providers. However, Intake Wizard is the only method of entering cases from within SmartAdvocate.
