About Adding an Appointment
An Appointment can be entered by selecting the Appointment icon on the Quick Add Toolbar. The Appointment button links to the Case Calendar, not the Office Calendar.
Select Appointment.
Follow the instructions for the Case Calendar and/or Office Calendar. See Calendar and Office Calendar for additional information.
