Import Cases
The instructions below will show you how to import cases that were exported from another SmartAdvocate system.
1) Log into SmartAvocate
2) Perform the following
Tools
Import/Export Cases
3) Select Import
4) Select Load Cases
5) Search for the location of the exported zip files
6) Once you have select the case(s) it will take a moment to load
7) Once this case(s) have loaded you can review the information before importing
Once you have reviewed the information you can select Import Cases
Once the process is completed you will see a notification that the case as been “imported successfully.”
