Outlook Plugin Deactivated

The purpose of this is to re-enable your Outlook Plugin was deactivated

1. Open Outlook

   Open

   

   Outlook | File

2. Click File

   Open

   

   File | Account Information

3. Click Options

4. Click Add-Ins

5. Click Go

6. Make sure SAOUTLOOKAddin is checked, then click OK.

7. Click on the Home tab on the Ribbon then right-click on any email and you should now see the options to attach to SmartAdvocate.
