About Template Pages Configuration

The Template Pages Configuration screen allows for the configuration of Template Pages in the case.

To configure Template Pages:

1. View previously entered Template Pages information.

2. To Export the list, select from the options .pdf , .xls , or .rtf .

3. To Edit or Delete, select the Action icon .

4. To sort the column, click anywhere inside the header. The column can be sorted in ascending or descending order.

5. Select ADD FORM.
   
   

   Open

   

6. Select the Page from the dropdown menu.

7. Select the Template from the dropdown menu.

8. Select the Case Group.

9. Select the Case Type.

10. Select SAVE to add a template page configuration.

11. Otherwise, select CANCEL to return to the previous screen.
