Appointments

About My Appointments

All of your upcoming appointments for all cases will be displayed in the My Appointments panel. Non-case appointments will also be displayed.

  1. View your appointments.

  2. Select Filter.

  3. If applicable, place a checkmark in the Closed cases checkbox.

  4. If applicable, place a checkmark in the Include appointment from my cases checkbox.

  5. Select from the All, Today, Next 7 Days, or Date Widget radio buttons.

  6. Select the X to close the Filter Configuration.

  7. Select the Action icon to reveal the options.

  8. View the options.
