About My Appointments
All of your upcoming appointments for all cases will be displayed in the My Appointments panel. Non-case appointments will also be displayed.
View your appointments.
Select Filter.
If applicable, place a checkmark in the Closed cases checkbox.
If applicable, place a checkmark in the Include appointment from my cases checkbox.
Select from the All, Today, Next 7 Days, or Date Widget radio buttons.
Select the X to close the Filter Configuration.

Select the Action icon to reveal the options.
View the options.
