Favorite Cases

About My Favorite Cases

This panel displays cases that have been added to your Favorites" list. To have cases listed in the My Favorite Cases panel, they must be added to your Favorites list. There are two methods to add a case to your Favorites list.

Add to Favorites button in the Quick Add Toolbar

Manage Favorites

When using this method, make note of the Case Number(s) of the case(s) you want to add before you start the process.

  1. Select Favorites from the Top Toolbar.

  2. Select Manage Favorites.

  3. Make sure the Cases tab is selected.

  4. Select NEW CASE.

  5. Enter the Case Number.

  6. Select SAVE.

  7. View the case in the My Favorite Cases panel in My SmartAdvocate.
