About My Filters

The My Filters panel contains a list of all of the Case Browse and Calendar filters you have saved as favorites. These filters are also among the ones that appear in the Favorites menu in the Top Tool Bar.

  1. View the Filters.

  2. Select the hyperlink in the Name column to open the Case Browse or Calendar filter.

  3. Select the heart icon to delete the filter.
