View My SmartAdvocate Screen of other Users
Users who are members of a User Group that has appropriate permissions can view the My SmartAdvocate of others.
From your My SmartAdvocate screen, to the left of the Configure link, you will see text indicating that you are currently seeing your own page.
Click on the small down arrow ( ) next to your name and select the individual whose My SmartAdvocate page you want to view.
Note that any actions you take while viewing someone else's My SmartAdvocate page will be recorded as having been completed by you, not the person whose page you are viewing.
