Client Portal - Branded (custom) App

To create a Branded App for your firm’s Client Portal we will need the following files/information from you.

For the branding, we would need:

  • An Icon for the app (.ico) – 20x20, 29x29, 40x40, 60x60, 76x76, 167x167, 1024x1024.

  • login screen image (.png) – 2251x462 (note that it will be displayed on the white background). See example below.

  • A name for the app – It will appear in the app store

  • Label for the app icon – It will appear on the phone screen (should be shorter than about 20 characters, so it doesn’t get cut off on the phone screen).

 For the app store:

  • Promotional Text (Promotional text lets you inform your App Store visitors of any current app features without requiring an updated submission. This text will appear above your description on the App Store for customers) (170 characters max)

  • Description (A description of your app, detailing features and functionality.)

  • Keywords (Include one or more keywords that describe your app. Keywords make App Store search results more accurate. Separate keywords with an English comma, Chinese comma, or a mix of both.)
