If you have a server system please perform the following configuration:
Kindly have your IT Professional configure Port 443 (or Port 80) on your server https://smartadvocate.atlassian.net/l/c/BkHN739r
Please email Implementation@SmartAdvocate.com once completed.
Once you have configured the respective port on your server please email us to complete initial configuration.
If you have a SaaS Cloud system we will perform configuration for you directly and advise you once completed.
We will provide you with a URL which you will need to add to your Post Call CallRail Webhook settings.

In SmartAdvocate you must make sure all of your advertisement sources are contacts in your SmartAdvocate system with the contact type of advertisement and the associated phone number added to the phone section. You may add multiple phone numbers for the advertisement and use any of the phone number types. This will allow for the CallRail integration to match the advertisement source in your system.
Here is an example of an advertisement source contact configured for the CallRail integration use:
The information imported by the CallRail Integration can be found under Tools > Callers Info:
The advertisement source will be added to the case under the Retain/Referral screen under the Paid Advertisement section:
If there is already a paid advertisement already in the screen it will add it as an additional paid advertisement:
