Server Based System - please perform the following configuration:
Kindly have your IT Professional create an FTP/SFTP site. Here are some instructions we found on the internet: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-set-and-manage-ftp-server-windows-10
Once you have created your FTP/SFTP site, provide Massive with the following information:

Please forward the above responses Todd Franklin at Massive at Todd@GoMassive.com. Massive will configure their side of the integration once the above information is submitted and advise SmartAdvocate to complete the integration. Testing will be performed and once completed we will advise you to begin using the integration.
SaaS Cloud System - we will be configuring your system for you directly and advise you once completed. We will forward the FTP information to you to submit to Massive.

Please follow the Massive Integration Instructions to submit items to Massive:
Go to the Lien Tracking Screen of your case and add Lienor information. Once completed click Send to Lien Resolution.
Select Plaintiff and click Send to Lien Resolution.
Go to the document screen of your case, select appropriate documents, right click and select email. This will open the email dialog. Enter your Massive representative in the To field.
Completed documents from Massive will be uploaded to the case in the document screen.
Massive will update the lien tracking screen as follows:
