Incomplete Intakes
There may be instances where you are not able to generate a case even though some of the intake information was entered in Intake Wizard. SmartAdvocate® will keep the information that was entered (even though a new case may not have been generated) and allow the completion of the required information at a later date without having to reenter the information already input.
Select "Tools" form the Top Tool Bar.
Select "Incomplete Intakes".

Select the incomplete case you want to work on by double clicking on the row, right clicking on the row and choosing Open in Case Wizard, or clicking on the right-click icon to the right of the row.

You will be taken to Case Wizard to complete any missing information for the specific case.
