About Mass eSignature
Select Tools from the main menu.
Select Mass eSignature.
Enter the Case Number(s). Cases will appear in the right panel.
Use Case Browse, Mass Emailing, or Mass Texting.
If any cases do not appear in the list, it may be due to a sub-category assigned to that person’s contact (such as deceased, incompetent, or minor) that restricts them from having communications sent to them.
Depending on which mass communication method is used, the list on the right panel will only be those clients/contacts with a cell phone on their contact card (if sending by text) or email address in their contact card (if sending by email).Select from the radio buttons for the Case contacts to include.
If applicable, place a checkmark in the Exclude Prevent Mailing checkbox.
If applicable, place a checkmark in the Exclude Minor, Deceased and Incompetent checkbox.
Select last document from cases.
Select the eSignature options.
If applicable, place a checkmark in the Email Send Options checkbox.
If applicable, place a checkmark in the Phone Send Options checkbox.
Select SEND.
You will receive the following prompt.
Select SEND to send the Mass eSignature.
Select CANCEL to return to the previous screen.
