View My SmartAdvocate Screen of other Users

Users who are members of a User Group with appropriate permissions can view the My SmartAdvocate of others.

  1. Select your name or the arrow to the right of your name.

  2. Select the other user from the list.
    Any actions you take while viewing someone else's My SmartAdvocate page will be recorded as having been completed by you, not the person you are viewing.
