The Unassigned Documents tool provides a list of any documents that were scanned but were not successfully processed by the Barcode Scanning service (usually due to unreadable or missing barcode). It allows you to set the properties for, and attach documents to the cases to which they are related.
The Unassigned Documents tool is essentially the same as, and functions identically to, the Mass Document Upload tool, except that the Unassigned Documents tool is prefilled with any documents that have been scanned, were not successfully processed by the Barcode Scanning service, and have not yet been attached to a case.
