About Death Compromise Distribution Information

The Death Compromise Distribution Information screen allows for the viewing and recording of death compromise distribution materials.

View Death Compromise Distribution

1. View any previously entered Death Compromise Distribution information.

2. To Export the list, select from the options .pdf , .xls , or .rtf .

3. To Edit, Delete, Select Documents, or Attach Documents, select the Action icon .

4. To Show/Hide Columns, Reset Layout, Save Layout, turn on/off Auto Save, or choose between Resize Mode Control and Resize Mode Next Column, select the Layout button.

5. Select the arrow to view Distributions.

6. View any previously entered DISTRIBUTIONS.

ADD DISTRIBUTION

1. Select ADD DISTRIBUTION.
   
   

2. Select the Decision Rendered from the dropdown menu.

3. Enter the Wrongful Death amount.

4. Enter the Attorney Fees.

5. Enter the Pain & Suffering amount.

6. Enter the GAL fees.

7. If applicable, place a checkmark in the Structured checkbox.

8. Enter the GOP fees.

9. Enter Other Debts/Taxes.

10. Select SAVE to add Distribution information.

11. Otherwise, select CANCEL to return to the previous screen.
