Adding a Death Compromise

 Clicking the Add Death Compromise button allows entry of the following information regarding the death compromise:

1. Decedent’s Name

2. Date death compromise decision rendered

7. Date of settlement

Waivers, Consents and Citations

Once a death compromise has been added to the screen, additional sub-tables allow the entry of waivers, consents and citations.

Clicking the Add Waivers & Consents button allows entry of the following information:

1. Distributee’s Name

2. Date waiver/consent was sent

3. Date waiver/consent is expected

4. Date waiver/consent was received

5. Date waiver/consent was filed in court

Clicking the Add Citation button allows entry of the following information:

1. Date citation was sent to court

2. Last date to serve the citation

3. Date citation is expected
