Importance of Training

Thank you for purchasing SmartAdvocate, the state of the art case management software system.  

As I’m sure you know, SmartAdvocate is an extremely powerful software platform, with numerous features, capabilities, settings, dashboards and reports. Unlike most cloud based case management software products, SmartAdvocate is not a bare bones platform that simply covers the basics. If used properly, it can make you, your staff and your entire office much more efficient and productive.

In order for you to get the most out of your software investment, we strongly recommend a full regimen of hands on training. While we provide you with a Learning Management System (LMS) with instructional videos and other training resources, we’ve found that there is really nothing that compares to personalized training with an experienced SmartAdvocate associate.

Our recommendations for the amount of training required for a firm to effectively employ SmartAdvocate are set forth in your Work Order and Agreement. If you have elected to purchase only a nominal amount of training, we hope you will reconsider that decision. Of course, should you decide at a later date that you would benefit from additional live training, please be aware that it will always be available.  Simply contact your Business Development Specialist, who will be able to give you information and costs and schedule the session(s). 

In the meantime, we encourage you to take full advantage of the instructional videos and the Help manual built into the system. If you encounter any issues requiring technical support, do not hesitate to contact our support team. I’m sure you understand that technical support is not a substitute for training and should not be requested for that purpose.
