Individual Condensed Administrator Training

Welcome to SmartAdvocate, the State-of-the-Art, case management application!  Thank you for giving SmartAdvocate the opportunity to support your company through this project. We appreciate your commitment to this project and your willingness to work with our team through your implementation, training, go live and support thereafter. 

We perform our condensed administrative onboarding sessions in 3 one hour sessions to allow your team to absorb the information provided and to perform the assigned material within your system which should be done soon after each session topics are explained.  The expectation is for this material to be completed and your team to be ready for the next sessions topics weekly.  

For your firm and your staff to make the best possible use of SmartAdvocate AND to take full advantage of its many features, adequate onboarding is essential. The onboarding time your Sales Associate recommends is based on our extensive knowledge of having onboarded many firms over an extended period of time. We want to emphasize in the strongest possible terms the importance of adequate onboarding. Don’t shortchange yourself and your firm when it comes to onboarding. It will end up hurting your firm in the long run.

Once you schedule administrative onboarding, a calendar invitation will be sent.  If you are able to attend the session, please be certain to accept the calendar invitation. This session will be held online remotely using Zoom where all users will be able to see the screen and participate in the conference call.  All users must use a reliable internet connection and a reliable phone connection to allow suitable access to the session.  Each session will be recorded and we will provide you the recording thereafter.
