For users using Gmail

  1. Create the new email account (SmartAdvocate@Domain.com)

  2. Log in to the account and generate an app password. Please see the instructions here:
    Sign in with app passwords - Gmail Help
    * This requires having 2FA enabled

  3. Email the name and app password of the new email to Implementation@smartadvocate.com
