Automated Procedures
Status changes by Automated Procedures will preserve previous status comments. Comments specified in the Automated Procedure action (if any) will be appended at the end of the previous comments.
All Case Experts was added as one of the available Advanced Roles.
Added ability to specify Direction for the Document Trigger.

Case Types
Added ability to specify status for retained cases per case type.
Document Templates
Added ability to delete templates.
Email/Note/Appointment/View Templates

Added ability to specify From email address for templates. When template with From address is used, emails will be sent using that from address instead of the users email.
Retainer Staff
Added ability to specify Office in the retainer staff rules. This will allow to assigned different staff members based on the Office that handles the case.
System Parameters
Added parameter to configure number of days before Critical Alert about no client contact.
Added parameter to disable automatic SA Handler Installation pop-up in case system suspects that document failed to open.
Added parameter to show lien flag on the Case Summary even if lien amount is not entered.

Users
Added Office to User properties. This office will be used by default when case is created by a particular user.
Added ability to set different email configuration for each user. If set, this configuration will override global email configuration set in System Parameters.
This essentially allows use of different email servers within SmartAdvocate for each user. Additionally, if configured for each user individually, this would eliminate the need for configuring the general SA email account with “Send As” permissions for each user, as otherwise required if your firm uses Office 365.
User Permission Groups
Added ability to set permissions to Close a Case.
Added ability to set permission to edit Case Value.
Added ability to copy a User Permission Group.
Added ability to restrict access to documents by Category/Sub-category. When restricting access you can specify what categories to allow or restrict.
