  • Added Case Group and Case Type filters.

Cases In Status

  • New Dashboard added. The purpose of this Dashboard is to facilitate easy review of cases in particular status, with ability to mass change status of those cases.

  • The default Status and the Note Type to be displayed in the Note column can be configured under System Parameters.

Client Contact Overdue

  • Added Attorney, Paralegal, Case Manager columns.

Close Reason Statistics

  • Added more filters to Close Reason Statistics Dashboard.

Demand Production

  • Added Negotiating with column to the drill-down pop-up.

Intake Performance

  • Added system parameter to allow grouping by different staff roles.
