Needles

We are looking forward to performing your conversion to the SmartAdvocate Case Management System, the State-of-the-Art case management application.

Thank you for giving SmartAdvocate the opportunity to support your company through this project. We appreciate your commitment to this project and your willingness to help the team work through this implementation, training, go live and support thereafter. 

We require two items for the conversion.

1. We will need a report from Needles. You can access the report as follows:

Open Needles

Go to Directory

Click on Print Directories

Select Case Types

This will generate a report

Save the Report as PDF

2. We will also require 2 files as specified in the Needles user guide “Chapter 1: Database Backup” below to perform your conversion as follows:

a. Needles.db

b. Needles.log

 

Kindly place the files requested in a clearly marked folder on the desktop of the SmartAdvocate server with the date of the backup. For example the folder label will read “needles_backup_08122021”.
