Please provide our team with the following:
SAGA Database Backup
2. SAGA PM Folders – CAPTIONS, DOCS and DOCCOMPS.
Please retain the folder structure of the DOCCOMPS folder.
Please place the SAGA database backup and SAGAPM folders on the desktop of the SmartAdvocate server clearly marked with the backup date or request an FTP site from our Implementation Team (Implementation@SmartAdvocate.com)
