My Appointments

To display the "My Appointments" panel on the My SmartAdvocate Screen, make sure the Appointment option is checked in the personal configuration tab. All your upcoming appointment for all cases will be displayed in the My Appointments panel. Non-case appointments will also be displayed.

Clicking on the Filter link opens the Filter Configuration panel. Within that panel you can choose which appointments are displayed in the My Appointments panel. The options include:

  1. Closed cases: Checking this box will include appointments from closed cases in the panel.

  2. Include appointments from my cases: Checking this box will include in the panel all appointments from any case to which you are assigned in any capacity, regardless of whether you are involved with the appointment.

  3. The date filter allows you to determine the date range within which appointments will be displayed in the panel.
