SmartAdvocate® Hardware and Software Requirements (SaaS)
As reflected in the Agreement, your office will be required to maintain a high-speed remote connection that is of sufficient speed to facilitate access to the Software. It is highly recommended that your internet connection be able to support, at a minimum, 30 Megabit upload and 30 Megabit download.

It is the Subscriber’s responsibility to ensure that all hardware, third party software and networking are in compliance and installed with the above minimum requirements prior to the installation of the SmartAdvocate Software. Please note that user experience with the Software, including the speed of the application and related processes, is greatly dependent upon fast hardware, proper software and an efficiently running network.
