About Adding Quick Notes
Quick Notes are a convenient way of quickly entering some of the most often-used notes.
Some Quick Notes also satisfy the Client Contact requirements set elsewhere in SmartAdvocate. For example, entering the Quick Note "Called Client - Left message on machine" will remove the case from the client contact needed list and reset the timer for client contact for that case.

Add a Quick Note
Select Quick Note.
Select from the Category radio buttons for All, email, letter, or Other.
Select a Quick Note.
Select ADD or ADD & EDIT.
Othewise, select CANCEL to return to the previous screen.
