About Adding Quick Notes
Quick Notes are a convenient way of quickly entering some of the most often-used notes.
Some Quick Notes also satisfy the Client Contact requirements set elsewhere in SmartAdvocate. For example, entering the Quick Note "Called Client - Left message on machine" will remove the case from the client contact needed list and reset the timer for client contact for that case.

Add a Quick Note
Click 'Quick Note' from the Quick Action Tool Bar. A "pick list" similar to the following will be displayed:
Choose from among the list of pre-defined "quick notes".
Click Add to add the Quick Note to the Notes page in the case. Click Add & Edit to edit the quick note before saving it in the case.
