Quick Note is a very convenient way of quickly entering some of the most often used notes. Some 'Quick Notes' also satisfy the 'Client Contact' requirements set elsewhere in SmartAdvocate®. For example, entering the Quick Note "Called Client - Left message on machine" will remove the case from the client contact needed list and reset the timer for client contact for that case. (See Last Modified Note Report, Modified Note Report).
Add a Quick Note
- Click 'Quick Note' from the Quick Action Tool Bar. A "pick list" similar to the following will be displayed:
- Choose from among the list of pre-defined "quick notes".
- Click Add to add the Quick Note to the Notes page in the case. Click Add & Edit to edit the quick note before saving it in the case.
