The My Filters panel contains a list of all of the Case Browse and Calendar filters you have saved as favorites. These filters are also among the ones that appear in the Favorites menu in the Top Tool Bar. The filters are listed in a table with the following columns:
Name: The name of the filter. Clicking the name will automatically open the Case Browse or Office Calendar page with the filter applied.
Criteria: The set of selections that make up the filter.
Actions: Contains only a single icon (
) for deleting the filter. Clicking the icon will bring up a confirmation message to avoid accidental deletion; click Yes to confirm the deletion.
