Next to the menu is a smiley-face icon ( 
). Clicking on or hovering over this icon reveals a drop-down menu with two options: "Tell Us What You Like" and "Tell Us What Can Be Better." Both of these options open a screen in a new tab that allows you to submit feedback about the SmartAdvocate system. Clicking "Tell Us What You Like" will flag the feedback as positive, while clicking "Tell Us What Can Be Better" will flag it as critical. See Suggestions for details about this screen.
