SmartAdvocate loves to hear from you! Selecting the smiley face in the top right of the screen allows you to send feedback directly to our support team! Please be advised that this is not a way to contact support.

From this dropdown you can let us know what we're doing well, and what we could do better.

Please note that this feature is to be used exclusively to submit feedback and suggestions to the SmartAdvocate team. For support inquiries, bug reporting, and other requests which require a more timely response, please email the issue directly to Team Support Ticket System.

The suggestion screen includes a prompt (which will be slightly different depending on whether you reached this screen by clicking "Tell Us What You Like" or "Tell Us What Can Be Better"), a rich text input tool, instructions for including a screenshot, and a button labeled "Send." To submit your feedback, simply write it out in the text tool (including screenshots if appropriate) then click "Send".
